This document describes Deepline FL's current communication practices. It is a practical template, not legal advice.
Requested quote responses
Submitting the quote form asks Deepline FL to contact you about that request. Our response may use the email address or phone number you provide and may include clarifying questions, scheduling information, or quote-related follow-up.
No unsolicited bulk marketing
We do not buy or sell contact lists, scrape addresses for marketing, or send unsolicited bulk commercial email. A quote request does not automatically enroll you in a marketing list.
Future marketing messages
If Deepline FL later offers optional marketing email, it should use clear consent, identify Deepline FL as the sender, include an accurate subject line and required sender information, and provide a working opt-out method. Opt-out requests should be honored promptly and no later than the period required by applicable law.
Automated form abuse
The site uses a hidden honeypot, input limits, submission-rate checks, and optional Cloudflare Turnstile verification. We may reject repeated, automated, deceptive, or harmful submissions. Turnstile tokens are verified for the request and are not stored in our quote database.
