Practical policy template
Privacy Policy
Effective August 3, 2026
This policy explains how Deepline FL handles information submitted through this website. It is a practical template based on the current site configuration and is not legal advice.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect your first and last name, company, email address, phone number, job-site address, selected service, and any optional detail you provide. We do not store IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, Turnstile response tokens, or PostHog identifiers in our quote database.
How we use it
We use quote information to review the requested work, contact you, prepare or discuss a quote, coordinate service, protect the form from abuse, and maintain an operational record. We do not sell personal information or use quote details for third-party advertising.
Service providers
The site may use PostgreSQL to store requests, Resend to deliver internal quote notifications, Cloudflare Turnstile to check form submissions for automated abuse, and PostHog for limited website measurement. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. Email delivery and Turnstile are disabled locally unless configured by the site operator.
Privacy-first analytics
PostHog loads only when analytics is explicitly enabled. It uses memory-only persistence, does not create person profiles, and has autocapture, form capture, and session recording disabled. We record only page paths and a small set of events such as quote-form opens, service category, phone clicks, and predefined error categories. We do not send names, contact details, addresses, free text, or form values. We honor browser Do Not Track. Like other hosted services, PostHog may transiently process connection information when a request reaches its systems. The intended analytics retention period is six months.
Retention and security
Each quote record receives a 12-month expiration date. The site operator removes expired records using the documented database-pruning command and may remove them sooner when no longer needed. Notification emails may remain in the configured mailbox under its retention settings. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your requests
To ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, email sales@deeplinefl.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required for legal or operational reasons.
Children
This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site or its service providers change. The effective date above will be revised when we do.
